Alicia leads product marketing and design strategy at Narratize, where she has conceptualized and designed the platform UI from the ground up. She drives go-to-market initiatives, manages the Customer Advisory Board, and translates customer insights into product capabilities that drive innovation.

Her PhD in Chemistry with specialization in nuclear forensics gives Alicia a  deep understanding of the technical professionals who rely on Narratize to communicate complex innovations. This scientific background helps her design solutions that truly serve experts across technical industries.

As a founding team member, Alicia developed Narratize's brand identity, and continues to lead both product design and marketing. She works closely with engineering and sales teams to ensure product development aligns with market needs and customer feedback.

Prior to Narratize, Alicia was Chief Creative Officer at Untold Content, where she led content and creative strategy for technical and scientific organizations, and developed and led Data Storytelling Trainings for global enterprises.
