Title: Product Manager

You are the glue that ensures our go to market and engineering teams stay tightly aligned to serve our customers and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Product Roadmap Development and Ownership
- Create, maintain, and optimize the product roadmap to align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Regularly update the roadmap to reflect progress, changing priorities, and feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
Clearly articulate the product roadmap:
- Externally: Present and explain the roadmap to prospects and existing clients, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations.
- Internally: Collaborate across teams to foster alignment and understanding of product priorities and timelines.
Partner closely with the development team to:
- Ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
- Align commitments with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Provide guidance and clarity on project goals and priorities.
Draft and create detailed Project Requirements Documents (PRDs) that define:
- Features, functionalities, and use cases.
- Acceptance criteria and success metrics for engineering handoff.
- Dependencies, timelines, and technical considerations.
- Collaborate with engineering to refine PRDs and ensure mutual understanding of deliverables.
- Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, GTM, and engineering to address questions and resolve ambiguities during development.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in venture-backed B2B Saas companies, scaling from seed to series and beyond
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally experience in an early-stage SaaS company
- Ideally, background in engineering, software development, or a highly technical field
- Proficiency with using GenerativeAI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, CoPilot, etc.) and understand their uses, capabilities, and drawbacks
- Preferred, but not required - Experience in products built for R&D, Product Dev, and Innovation teams within mid-Market and Enterprise companies
- Experience working in Jira, GitHub, Figma, and Google Suite
- Ability to balance vision and strategy with execution.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate between internal and external cross-functional audiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail, documentation, and communication
- Bias toward execution in fast-paced environments
