Innovation teams know more than their documents capture. That's the problem we built Narratize to solve.
Every R&D organization runs on knowledge that lives in heads, hallway conversations, lab notebooks, and Slack threads — not in the documents that get filed and forgotten. The most senior engineers know which margins were tight, which trade-offs almost broke a program, which assumptions held up and which didn't. The platform of record never knew.
Narratize was founded in 2023 by people who had sat in those meetings, watched institutional knowledge walk out the door at retirement, and rebuilt the same context from scratch on the next program. We knew there had to be a way for innovation teams to compound what they already know.
The first version shipped in 2024. The Cerebrum knowledge orchestration engine landed in 2025. By April 2026, customers across chemicals, CPG, medical devices, industrial manufacturing, aerospace, and energy were running on Narratize — and the round that closed Series A made the next chapter possible.
We are building the System of Intelligence for new product development. Not a knowledge management tool. Not a wiki with AI bolted on. A platform engineered for how innovation teams actually think, decide, document, and compound — across decades, transitions, and the people who carry it forward.
